1-800-REPAIRS conducts a thorough certification process with local service providers to ensure that they are properly licensed & insured… will perform all jobs in a workmanlike manner and will stand behind their work with a written guarantee.  We are not a franchise, Internet/referral company, insurance/warranty company or a “Middle-Man”.  We do not ask for a percentage of the jobs and we do not regulate rates.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

•  When customers call 1-800-REPAIRS or submit a work order online, the job is dispatched to our Certified Service Provider in the area.
•  Our Certified Service Provider gives their regular price and is paid directly by the customer.
•  Rather than paying us a percentage of the job, our service provider pays a flat fee of $19.00 for each job we send them (that they are capable of performing).
